JR was one of my bosses. A nicer man you never wanted to meet. He was always a pleasure to work for, and someone that was always willing to teach you the ropes. Seeing that he also taught scouts and dogs I can see even after retirement he remained the "teacher". He left our office to become an outside boss where we still had contact with one another. His retirement seems like it was just yesterday and when I read it was back in 1988 I couldn't believe how time flew by. I worked with Jimmy or JR and two of his brothers not mentioned in the obit. Douglas and Dennis. They were a great family.
