Brian Adams Jr.

1980 - 2014
Funeral services for Brian Donnelley Adams Jr, age 34, of Lubbock, Texas will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, November 29, 2014 at the Faith Church in Sherman, Texas. Rev. Ken Dacus and Rev. Kevin Clinton will officiate and burial will follow at Cedarlawn Memorial Park Cemetery in Sherman. Arrangements are under the direction of Waldo Funeral Home in Sherman.

Brian passed away on Monday, November 24, 2014 at the Covenant Hospital in Lubbock, TX following a sudden Aneurysm.

He was born on January 11, 1980 in Denison, Texas.

Surviving family members are: parents, Brian and Jessica Adams, David and Valley Hart; brothers, Patrick and Adam Hart; grandparents, Pearl Adams, Glenn and Karel Price, Fred and Marvelle Hudson; and many loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Brian was preceded in death by grandfather, George D. Adams and grandparents, John and Lois Hart.

Although our hearts are broken, we are thankful for the 34 years God shared him with us. His charming personality and infectious smile won the hearts of many. His witty remarks and outlandish golf knickers made for fun and memorable days on the links. In fact, seven of his best years were spent playing golf for one college after another and then earning his pro status. He loved his friends and family, but reached a new height of happiness after moving to Lubbock as a project sales manager and meeting sweet Lainey Holt. He fell head over heels in love with her and was looking forward to bringing her home to meet the family over Thanksgiving. When meeting her, we found her to be everything Brian had said she was and more. Those who knew him will miss him and those who knew him well will smile when remembering him.

Family night will be held on Friday, November 28th from 6 to 8 p.m. at Waldo Funeral Home in Sherman, Texas.

A memorial website has been created at www.brianadams.us. Photo galleries and other items will be continually added.
