Wanda was the daughter of Elus Cooper and Esther Johnson Cooper. She married J C Youngblood on April 6th, 1946. They were married 65 yrs at his passing. They owned and operated a dairy farm for a number of yrs. She enjoyed working the farm and being a homemaker. She is survived by her daughters, Kay Byrd and husband Bud of Osage, Gail Collins and husband Joe of Alpena, Sons Gene and wife Debbie of Green Forest, Larry and wife Lana of Green Forest. Ten Grandchildren and 21 Great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband J C Youngblood, her sisters, Willie Youngblood, Maxine Anderson, Irene Drewry, Lorene McAlister and an infant son and daughter. She is survived by one sister Virginia Edmonson of Harrison.
Celebration of Life services were at 2 p.m. Thursday, July 18th, 2013 at Osage Baptist Church with Pastor Lannie Younger officiating. Interment will be at Glenwood cemetery.
