He was preceded in death by his father and his grandparents, George and Jewely Neighbors and John and Virdie Liles.
Steve is survived by his wife, Kathy (Burleson) Neighbors of Ida, AR, two sons, Scott Neighbors and his wife, Susan, of Rose Bud, AR, and Shawn Neighbors of Ida, AR, his mother, Frances Porter of Heber Springs, AR his stepfather, Otis Porter of Kokomo, Indiana, one brother, Tony Porter of Rose Bud, AR, two sisters, Deana Porter of Mississippi, and Donna Burns of Heber Springs, AR, his stepgrandmother, Gwendolin Hendricks of Kokomo, Indiana, and two grandchildren, Johnathan Bell and Ashley Churchwell. Steve is also survived by other relatives and his many friends.
