A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, February 3, 2021 in Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church for Annie Mae Duhon, 95, who passed away on January 29, 2021 at her residence

Reverend Johnathan Janise, Pastor, will be Celebrant of the Mass and will conduct the funeral services.

Burial will take place in St. Alphonsus Cemetery, Maurice, LA.

Annie, a resident of Maurice, was the daughter of the late Onezime Abshire and the former Estina Simon.

She is survived by her children, Diana Simon, Ronnie Duhon, and Michael Duhon; grandchildren, Vanessa Seneca, Todd Simon, Patrice Bohrer, Tamra Dupuy, Chad Duhon, Tracy Davenport, Rhonda Evans, Shelia Elliott, Anissa Mouton, and Kristy Medina; 18 great grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren and one sister, Arbelle Simon.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Loland Duhon, three siblings, one great grandson, Christian Bohrer, and one son-in-law, Lester Simon.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church on Wednesday, February3, 2021 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM. A Rosary will be recited Wednesday morning at 10:30 AM.

The family would like to thank her caregivers, Joy Lormand, Tiffany Lavergne, and Shauneria Waltzman for their compassionate care.
