Larry attended the South Crossroads Church. He was a veteran of the United States Army and had worked at Skil in Heber Springs and with his brother in a lawn service company.
He was preceded in death by his parents Cletis and Noma Newcom, a brother Vernon Newcom and two sons Ben Newcom and Shawn Newcom.
He is survived by two daughters Sarah Highland and Tammy Newcom, a sister Lucrisha Lawson and a brother Garry L. Newcom and 11 grand children and 3 great grandchildren besides other relatives and many friends.
A visitation will be held on Monday, November 3, 2014 at Family Funeral Service and funeral services will be on Tuesday, November 4, 2014 at 10:00 AM in Family Funeral Chapel by Rev. Kenneth Roland, JR. with interment in South Crossroads Cemetery.
