Hazel was born to Floyd William & Ruby Hester Phillips. She worked for Walmart for over 32 years, at the last she was a greeter and always meet you with a smile. She was a long-time member of Christian Temple Church. A godly woman she severed her Lord. Hazel was a wonderful mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Rev. She was preceded in death by her husband Grady White, SR, son Gary Leach, brother, Junior Phillips, sister, Marie Lewis and her parents.
