Emma 'Emily' C. Smith was the daughter of John and Margaret (Burrell) Smith. She was one of 12 children born to this couple. The "History of Greene County, Ohio..." by Broadstone lists her husband as Joseph Boseman, which should have stated John Wesley Bosman. Her death certificate clearly shows her parents and husband.
