A resident of Homewood for over 53 years, died peacefully on Monday March 27, 2006, born Feb. 16, 1926 in Chicago. He is survived by his wife Barbara, 3 daughters, 1 son. He was an accomplished Commercial and fine Artist, a graduate of the American Academy of Art where he meet his wife of 57 years. He served proudly in the U.S. Navy aboard USS Finnegan, Pacific Theatre of War as a Sonar operator. Visitation Wednesday 2 - 9 pm at Ryan Funeral Home 18022 Dixie Hwy. in Homewood. Funeral service Thursday 1 pm at St. Paul Community Church in Homewood. Interment Evergreen Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the "Cancer Support Center", 2028 Elm Rd. in Homewood, IL 60430.
