Dale W. Frost, 57, Wyandotte, Okla., passed away Thursday, Oct. 16, 2014, after a sudden illness at work. Dale Wayne Frost was born Sept. 21, 1957, in Carthage, Mo., the son of Thomas Jackson Frost and Dorothy Louise Baker Frost. He was a graduate of Jasper High School, Jasper, Mo., class of 1975 and was a U.S. Marine veteran.

He married Brenda Joyce Kroulik on Sept. 5, 2005 and she survives. Dale worked for the Milnot plant, Seneca, Mo., as a maintenance man.

Additional survivors include a daughter, Rachel (Will) Ferguson, Fulton, Mo.; three sons, Billy (Frances) Evans, Wyandotte, Kete (Mindy) Evans, Wyandotte, and Nathan Brake, Agenda, Kan.; a sister, Vera Mae (Rick) Rector, Brooklyn Heights; five grandchildren; his mother, Dorothy Shrewsbury and stepfather, John Shrewsbury, Carthage, Mo.

Visitation will be held from 6 to 7 p.m., Tuesday, Oct. 21, at Knell Mortuary, Carthage.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Wednesday, Oct. 22, in the Knell Mortuary Chapel. Interment will be in Oak Hill Cemetery, Carthage.
