Phil was born December 3, 1942 in the home of parents Phil Weaver Sr and Irene Turner Weaver in Gatesville, Tx. Phil Jr graduated from Waco High School in 1960 and joined the US Air Force as an airplane mechanic during Vietnam. After the war, Phil played drums in multiple bands and toured from Kansas to Florida. Through the years, Phil fulfilled a career in both Texas and Georgia by accomplishing goals as a human resource director and helped secure rights for the elderly with Adult Protective Services until his passing. He was preceded in death by his parents Phil and Irene Weaver, brother Stephen Weaver and beloved daughter Heather Weaver. He is survived by his wife of 47 years Elli, son Philip Weaver III and his wife Amy, daughter Vicki and her husband Tommy, Stacy and her husband Brad, and daughter Christen Weaver as well as 13 grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and a multitude of friends from all walks of life!
