Survivors are his mother, Mrs. John (Helen) Hurka of Colorado Springs, Col.; one sister, Mrs. William (Dorothy) McGuire, of Madison; and one brother, Charles of Thompson.
Funeral will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Behm Funeral Home, Madison. Burial will be in Madison Memorial Cemetery.
