Ronald Lee Sutherlin, 36, died at 3:30 PM Saturday [Aug. 25, 1979] in Lafayette Home Hospital, where he had been admitted several hours earlier. Born at Lafayette, he was a graduate of Jefferson High School and attended Purdue University. In 1964, he was married at Lafayette to Constance Diane Keith, who is employed at CTS Microelectronics.

Mr. Sutherlin was the manager of forecasting and scheduling at Ross Gear Division of TRW. He had been employed at Ross Gear the past 17 years. He formerly was a member of National Guard, 300ty Medical Detachment. He was a member of F&AM 123; Scottish Rite, Valley of Indianapolis; and was past master and counselor of Lafayette Chapter of DeMolay. He also was past president of Lafayette Bowling Association, and presently was secretary of Grotto Masonic Bowling League at Rose Lanes.

Surviving with his wife are a daughter, Jeanette Irene, at home; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Taylor Sutherlin; a brother, Jerry Dee Sutherlin; and a sister, Ellen (Mrs. James) Risk, all of Lafayette.
