BALSER, Henry F. Age 92, of Union, passed away, Friday, October 10, 2008 at Shiloh Springs Care Center. He was born March 16, 1916 in Marathon, OH. He was preceded in death by his brother Edward & sisters Mabel & Rowena. He is survived by his wife of 70 years, Nellie; 5 children, Bill Balser, Union; Jim & wife Mary Ann Balser, Sidney, OH; Dick & wife Deena Balser, Potsdam; Susie McManus, Tipp City, & Faye & husband David McQuality, Englewood; 10 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandchild; sister Lena Mae Higgins, Cincinnati; close friends Frank & Diane Colwell. Services will be held, 1pm Mon. Oct. 13 at the GILBERT-FELLERS FUNERAL HOME, 950 ALBERT RD, BROOKVILLE. Visitation 11am until service time on Monday.
