James C. Divelbliss, 71, of Lancaster, Ohio, died at his residence.

He was a former employee for Stuck Mould Co. for 25 years and owner and operator of D&D Sales. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles Aries 2120.

He is survived by two daughters, Kay Morris of Texas and Brenda Divelbliss of Massachusetts; three sons, Keith (Brenda) Divelbliss of Lancaster, Ohio, Brett Divelbliss of Canal Winchester, Ohio, and Mark Divelbliss of Lancaster, Ohio; stepson, Jeremy A. Moore of Lancaster; eight grandchildren; brother, Phillip R. (Mary L.) Divelbliss of Summerfield, Fla.; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Karen K. Divelbliss; and parents, Melvin and Mary Divelbliss.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Faith Memorial Church with Pastor Ron Grubb officiating. Burial will follow in Floral Hills Memory Gardens. Friends may visit from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at Frank E. Smith Funeral Home, Lancaster, Ohio. Memorial gifts may be given to the charity of the donor's choice.

Mr. and Mrs. Divelbliss were murdered at their home. The case remains unsolved.
