Donna started working at the Foxboro Co. in 1963 where she worked until early 1971 when she left to have children. She began a thirty year career in banking in 1979, starting at Taunton Savings Bank, moving to New Bedford Institute of Savings, then Fleet Bank, and finally Crescent Credit Union where she retired from in 2011.
Donna loved vacationing to and later residing in Cape Cod where she greatly enjoyed her time with family and friends each summer. She was an avid reader who loved to decorate her Cape home.
Sister to Joan Carlson and Gail Vieira, both from Taunton, Donna is survived by two children: Dr. Joey Tryon of Mansfield, MA and Eric DeCosta of Baltimore, MD. She is also survived by six grandchildren whom she loved dearly: Matthew, Jake, and Eric Tryon and Jane, Michael, and Jackson DeCosta.
