She greatly enjoyed going on tours with the Nickel A Model A Club, and spending time with her friends, and family. Kathy also loved traveling around, and visiting all kinds of shops along the way. She always had a great sense of humor, an outgoing personality, and was a joy to be around. Even while Kathy was battling her illness, she remained strong, optimistic, and positive. Kathy was preceded in death by her parents; father-in-law, Merlin Hegner; and brother-in-law, Charles Hegner.
