Jesse Leonidas Coulter passed away Sunday, July 13, 2014 at the age of 79 years old. He was born Nov. 1, 1934 in Flint, MI. He lived the majority of his life in Detroit, MI. He moved to New Orleans, LA in 2004. He was a veteran of the Korean War. He was preceded in death by his parents Rosa and Willard Coulter and siblings Verna Flynn, David Coulter, Willard Coulter Jr and Eugene Coulter. He is survived by his two sisters and one brother-in-law; his children; three daughters and one son-in-law; three sons and two daughters-in-law; a host of grandchildren, cousins, and great grandchildren.
Funeral service were held on Tuesday, July 22, 2014 at Asbury UMC, 2725 Ernest St, New Orleans, LA, 70131. Interment was at Southeast Louisiana Veterans Cemetery, Slidell, LA.
