Konstantin was an 'anti-communist' and part of the 'white russian movement. He fought against the Bolsheviks, and eventually settling down in China. Konstantin created and became the leader of the Russian Fascist Party, which he led in exile from Manchuria, where he wanted to join the German forces in order to put an end to communism. He was also the chief editor of the Manchurian periodical "Nash Poots".

Executed at Lyubanka KGB Prison.
