Roy C.Reed,64, 111 N. Union St., died at 9:20 am Sunday, Sept. 20,1998, at his home.

He was born June 8, 1934, in Powell County, KY., to Paris and Amanda Sons Reed.

Mr. Reed was a retired crane operator.

Survivors included two sons, Roy G. and Robert Reed, Peru; one daughter, Pam Sopher, Peru; three stepsons, Rick Bellamy, Peru, Mike Bellamy and Jack Williams, both of Mount Sterling, Ky.; two brothers, Issac Reed, Mount Sterling Ky., Virgil Reed, Kentucky; one sister, Stanley Campbell, Jeffersonville, Ky.; 16 grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by two brothers and one sister.

Funeral services are 11 a.m. Thursday at First Assembly of God, 365 Monroe Ave., with the Rev. John Thomas officiating. Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery, Peru.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Flowers-Leedy Funeral Home, 105 W. Third St.
