Ruby Ruth Rhodes Bragg, 79, of Danville passed away August 25, 2014 at Hubbard Hospice House, Charleston.

She was born May 28, 1935 and was a daughter of the late George and Arsella Dent Rhodes. She was also preceded in death by husbands, Charles Bragg and Bobby Price; daughter, Debbie Price; grandchildren, Emerald Kristin Price, Danny Owen Benson and Tammy Ruth Green; and brother, Frankie Rhodes.

She was a lifelong resident of Boone County and lived at Black Diamond Arbors. She was a homemaker and was loyal to her family and helped the underdog. She loved gospel music and Elvis Presley. Her children and grandchildren were the love of her life.

She is survived by her son, Edward (Janie) Price of Charleston; grandsons, Devin Price of Myrtle Beach, SC and Robbie (Shonda) Renninger of Chapmanville; great-grandchildren, Samantha and Brandon Barker, Dillon Renninger and Grace Renninger; great-grandchildren, Drew and Chloe Dickens; and nephew, Roger Rhodes.

Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday, August 30, 2014 at Handley Funeral Home, Danville with the Rev. Tom Bias officiating. Burial will follow in Memory Gardens, Madison.

Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
