Vivian was a foster parent for 25 years. She was a member of St. thomas the apostle. Vivian is survived by her husband William D. Melendez. They had 5 kids William (Bill),David,Tom,Anthony Melendez and Caesar Melchor;parents,Carmen Diaz and Ernesto Rangel;sister, Linda Viveros;8 grandchildren Shannon,Shasta,Peter,William, Tommy and Robbie,CJ, & Kathleen ;6 great-grandchildren Nathan,Brandon,Ashley,Madisen,Ashton, and Elvis; and many foster kids. Vivian died at the age of 76.Cause of death: kidney failure. She was dearly loved by her family and she was a beautiful lady. Thank You to Vivians's grandaughter Shannon for sponsoring her memorial.
