Roy A. Fultz, 67, of Arcola died at 4:49 p.m. Tuesday (Aug. 19, 2014) at Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana.
He was born Aug. 26, 1946, in Decatur, the son of Carol and Alice Fultz. He married Sharon Miller in 1966; she died on Jan. 28, 2014.
Survivors include two sons, Todd Fultz of Sullivan and Erik Fultz of Arcola; one brother, Joey Fultz of Bethany; and six grandchildren.
He was also preceded in death by his parents and one son.
Mr. Fultz was in the U.S. Army in the Vietnam War. He owned and operated Miller Service Station in Arcola and was employed by Master Brand Inc. in Arthur. He was a member of Arcola United Methodist Church.
