Mrs. Allie Opal Henson McNabb, 79, a resident of McNabb Lane in Hampshire, passed away Monday, February 13, 2006 at Hidden Acres Nursing Home.

Funeral services for Mrs. McNabb will be conducted Wednesday, February 15, 2006 at 3:00 pm at the Williams Funeral Home in Mt. Pleasant with Bro. Randy Kersey officiating. Burial will be in the Pisgah Cemetery. The family will visit with friends Tuesday from 5:00 until 8:00 pm at the funeral home.

The Maury County native was the daughter of late Thomas Luther Henson and Henritta "Reddie" Hunt Henson McClure and wife of the late Clarence Elmer McNabb. She was a retired seamstress at Henry I. Seigel, a homemaker and a member of the Church of Christ faith.

She is survived by daughters, Patricia "Ann" (Grover) Chapman of Sandy Hook, Peggy McNabb of Hampshire, and Stella (Ray) Runions of Mt. Pleasant; sons, Thomas (Cathy) McNabb of Columbia, Freddie ( Maggie) McNabb of Hohenwald, Carl (Donna) McNabb and Joe (Mary Jane) McNabb, both of Hampshire and Elmer McNabb; 25 grandchildren; 31 great grandchildren; six sisters-in-law, Annie Henson, Estella Cates, Lena Kate Williams, Frances McNabb, Sadie Stewart and Melvine Henson; brother-in-law, Paul McNabb; several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by 2 Children, Ruthie, and Billy Lee; three brothers, James "Jimmy", Leroy "Kilroy", and George Henson; two sisters, Ruth Henson, and Dovie Ruth Henson, Tindell, Morton, Runions; three step-sisters, Edith Marshal, Maggie Adams, and Una Gilmore; two step-brothers, Clarence and Marcus Henson; a son-in-law, Wayne McNabb and a grandson, Robert Dwayne McNabb.

Pallbearers will be grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Honorary pallbearers will be staff and employees of Hidden Acres Nursing Home, former employees of Henry I. Seigel and Dr. R. Douglas Kennedy
