She was born February 24, 1928, in Carter County, Kentucky, a daughter of the late William Alvin and Nora Roseberry Kelly.
Bessie was of Baptist faith and worked at St. Claire Regional Medical Center until her retirement. She enjoyed traveling, gardening, crocheting, and spending time with her family and friends.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, William Earl Bradley; her stepmother, Roberta Daniels Kelly; three brothers, Frank Kelly, Floyd Kelly, and Henry Elmer Kelly; and two sons-in-law, Billy Sparks and Franklin Fultz.
Bessie is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, William Kelly and Voline Bradley of Olive Hill, Kentucky; four daughters and two sons-in-law, Edna Fultz and Christine and Billy Ray Snipes, all of Morehead, Kentucky, Madeline Sparks and Anita and Tony King, all of Olive Hill, Kentucky; eight grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. She also leaves many other family members and friends who will sadly miss her.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, January 5, 2017, at Globe Funeral Chapel in Olive Hill, Kentucky with Brother Jason Johnson and Brother Dewayne Johnson officiating. Burial will follow in the Richards Cemetery in Olive Hill, Kentucky.
Friends may visit from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Wednesday, January 4, 2017, and until the service hour on Thursday at Globe Funeral Chapel, 17277 West Highway US 60, Olive Hill, Kentucky 41164.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
