MISS NELL BEGGS
OF ASHLAND DIES
Ashland, March 15. Miss Nell Beggs, 52, of this city and a former missionary to China, died at 10 o'clock this morning after an extended illness. Miss Beggs was born in Ashland, a daughter of the late Edwin Beggs. She was graduated from the local high school and attended college for training as a foreign missionary worker. She was sent to China but returned several years ago when her health failed.
Decedent is survived by four sisters and three brothers: Mrs. Virginia Wilson and John and Frank Beggs, all of Ashland; George Beggs, professor, Princeton, N. J.; Mary Beggs, New York City; Mrs. Henry McKeown, Decatur; Miss Lutie Beggs, Ventura, Cal. Funeral services will be held in Ashland Methodist Episcopal church at 2:30 o'clock Saturday afternoon. Interment will be in Ashland cemetery.
