Born in Perry County Tennesse, USA & was the son of Daniel M. Shea and Lula Jane Hufstedler.
Never married. He was our landlord for several years. Freddy was the kindest,gentliest person I knew!I was a child of 7 y/o @ the time of his passing,but he had been a dear friend of my mom & dad's since I was first born.I loved him as much as a Grandfather;even though,he was no kin to us.He was always willing to do what he could to help someone.He lived in Paragould,Arkansas most of his life & grew up in the Morning Star community.All his relatives had long been deceased when I first met him about 7 years before he passed away with a heart attack.He owned a few rental houses & some land in Morning Star.He stated his sister was the last of his kin alive for awhile,but she then died of a terrible accident in the hog pen.
