Anastasia Brothers, age 16, was born in Vladivostok, Russia on a fall day of 1989. She immigrated to America with her mother, Margarita, as a young girl and became a U.S. citizen. She chose Judge Memorial in Salt Lake for her high school education. It was not long before her cheerful attitude and ability to relate to everyone gained her the reputation as the beautiful girl with the smile - who could be depended on to "talk." She was proud of being from Russia. Perhaps this was why she could always understand and defend the less privileged. For the past two years she did teen "service" in South American countries. She was looking forward to her summer "service" in Alaska, and showing her dad, Arthur Brothers, through the Hermitage Museum in St. Petersburg, Russia.
