LONG BRANCH -- Carmen Addeo, 67, of Wardell Place, died Sunday at Monmouth medical Center here. He was born in Brooklyn and lived in this area for most of his life. He was a retired employee of the city Parks and Recreation Department. Mr. Addeo was a communicant of the Holy Trinity Roman Catholic Church here and was an Army veteran of World War II. He is survived by his wife, Lena Cittadino Addeo, here; a daughter, Jean Guzzi, here; three brothers, Samuel Addeo, here, Harry Addeo of Kearney, and William Addeo, of Woodstown; two sisters, Mrs. Mary Degil Espositi, here, and Mrs. Anna Moss, of Brick and two grandchildren.
