Mrs. Naomi Coldiron, 74, of Hazel Green died Thursday, March 6
at 9 a.m. at the Morgan County Appalachian Regional Hospital
after an extended illness.
Mrs. Coldiron was born Nov. 26, 1905, at Hazel Green, a daughter
of the late Hiram and Jane Long Blankenship. She was a member
of the Methodist Church and was preceded in death by her husband,
John Coldiron.
Survivors are two brothers, Bruce Blankenship of Hazel Green and
Elva Blankenship of Hamilton, Ohio, also several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services conducted 1 p.m. Sunday, March 9 at the Hazel
Green Methodist Church with Rev. Richard Chamberlin officiating.
Burial in the Hazel Green Cemetery at Hazel Green with Herald and
Stewart Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.w/o of John
