Obituary of Albert E. Plummer, Sr.
Bath - Albert E. Plummer Sr., 60 of Middle Street died Friday at Mid Coast Hospital.
He was born in Bath, a son of Frank L. and Grace M. Boyce Plummer. He graduated from Morse High School and served in the Marines during the Korean War.

He married Diane E. Hammond on August 3, 1963.

He and his wife lived in Connecticut while was employed by Colt Firearms Co. in Hartford, until returning to Bath in 1975. He worked as a custodian for the Bath School Department until his retirement in 1984 due to disability.

Mr. Plummer underwent a heart transplant in 1985.

He is survived by his wife of Bath; a son, Albert "PJ" Jr. of Bath; a daughter Melenie (Plummer) Keith, Michelle DelMastro of Bath; two brothers, Bernard F. of Connecticut and Joseph W. of Bath; two sisters, Alice McRae of Phippsburg and Frances Zamora of California; and 5 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.

Burial will be at 2 pm Friday at Oak Grove Cemetery, Old Brunswick Rd. Arrangements are by Mayo, Curtis & Hill Funeral Home, Bath.
