Sarah A. Parsons was the second daughter of Augusta A (Keeler) and Baldwin Peter Parsons. She married Jefferson Franklin Conner in Tecumseh, Nebraska on 4 Jul 1876 (the Centennial of US Independence). She was Jefferson's second wife.

Together they had five children:

David Jefferson Conner (1874 – 1955)
Peter P Conner (1877 – 1908)
Sarah Augusta Viola Conner (1882 – 1952)
Cora Anna Conner (1887 – 1964)
Josie C Conner (1888 – 1970)

Sarah died in 1891. Jefferson is buried in Major County, Oklahoma with his third wife Rosanner Dyche.
