Amanda L. Angstadt, 35, of Lafayette, died Sunday, June 29, 2014 from injuries sustained in an accident. She was born February 5, 1979, in Lafayette, to Randy C. Angstadt and Catherine Jones Vanderipe. She graduated from Jefferson High School in 1997 and received her associates degree from Ivy Tech State College in nursing. Amanda worked for Westminster Village as an LPN . Amanda enjoyed sports of all kinds. Her greatest joy was her son Isaac, watching him grow up, and being a huge part of his athletics . Surviving are, son, Isaac Josef Angstadt of Lafayette; mother, Catherine E. Vanderipe (Charles) of Lafayette; father, Randy C. Angstadt (Marsha) of West Lafayette; brother, Scott P. Angstadt (Kelli) of Lafayette; step sisters, Jamie Vanderipe, Barbara Brettnacher (Ed) and Ann Vanderipe. Visitation will be 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm Wednesday, July 2, 2014 at Soller-Baker Lafayette Chapel. The funeral Service will be at 10:00 am on Thursday, July 3, 2014 at Soller-Baker Lafayette Chapel 400 Twyckenham Blvd Lafayette, IN 47909 with Fr. Ambrose Ziegler officiating. Burial will be at Tippecanoe Memory Gardens.
