Funeral services for Maude L. Odell, 84, of Sacramento, Calif., and formerly of Nampa, who died Monday, Oct. 29, 1990, at a Sacramento hospital, will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, Nov. 2, at Persons-Flahiff Funeral Chapel, Nampa. Pastor Tim Eckstrom of Gospel Foursquare Church, Nampa, will officiate. Burial will follow at Kolherlawn Cemetery, Nampa.
Maude was born Oct, 25, 1906, in Hatton, Ark., a daughter of John B. and Fannie E. Combs Crawford, where she was reared and educated. She married Paul N. Littleton in June 1926 at Mena, Ark. They moved to Spearfish, S.D., in 1933. In 1950 they moved to Nampa where Maude worked for Birdseye Frozen Food. Mr. Littleton died Aug. 3, 1975. Maude later married Wray Odell in September 1985 at Lake Tahoe, Calif. Maude and Wray had lived in Nampa and Sacramento since their marriage.
Maude is survived by her husband, Wray of Sacramento; two sons, M.K. Littleton of Coffman Cove, Alaska, and Chuck Littleton of Whitewood, S.D.; three stepsons. Gerald W. Odell, Normand R. Odell and Donald W. Odell, all of Sacramento; a step-daughter, Mary Andrews of San Anselmo, Calif.; three brothers, Bill Crawford of Mena, Dave Roberts of Stayton, Ore., and Frank Gibbson of Fresno, Calif.; three sisters, Jewel McKinney of Cottage Grove, Ore., Ruby Combs of San Antonio, Texas, and Beatrice Owens of Fort Worth, Texas; eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a infant son, Garland, and a son, Herbert A. Littleton, April 22, 1951.
