John David Bailey, 87, died in a local hospital Tuesday, February 1 [sic] at 1 a.m. Funeral services were held Wednesday at 4:30 p.m. at the Wilkerson Chapel and a masonic service at Redmen cemetery under the direction of local masons.
He was born August 8, 1859 in Texas and was a member of the Methodist church and the Masonic Lodge.
He is survived by two sons, Harry C. Bailey, Dallas, Texas and J.F. Bailey, Oklahoma City; one niece and one nephew.
