Patsy Sue Hudgins, age 47, of Cynthiana, Kentucky, died Friday, June 13, 2014, at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky. Born in Harrison County, Kentucky, on September 19, 1966, to Mildred Caldwell Stroub, of Cynthiana, and the late Elmer Stroub, she was a pharmacy technician and member of Unity Christian Church. Patsy adored her children and family, loved cooking and spending time outdoors and had a very giving and loving heart.
Besides her father, she was preceded in death by a son, Brandon Scott Hudgins. In addition to her mother, she is survived by: her husband, Tim Hudgins; a son, Derek Hudgins, of Cynthiana; a daughter, Brittany (Brad) Tolle, of Cynthiana; three brothers, Elmer "Jr." (Marcia) Stroub, of Indianapolis, Indiana, Bobby (Lois) Stroub, of Cynthiana, and Donnie (Lucy) Stroub, of Indianapolis; three sisters, Betty (Frankie) Simpson, Connie (Gary) Perkins and Peggy (Charles) Hall, all of Cynthiana; special friends, Randy and Mary Martin; and a host of special nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday at Ware Funeral Home, with visitation at 9:00 a.m. Burial will be in Pythian Grove Cemetery.
