A native of Jarreau and resident of Ventress, she passed away at 4:30 p.m Saturday, June 7, 2014, at Lakeview Manor Nursing Home in New Roads.

She was 85 and retired from the Pointe Coupee Parish Police Jury where she worked as a Public Utilities Clerk.

Survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Mitch Aguillard and wife Melba, of Ventress, La.; a sister, Dora Guillaume and husband Wade, of Ventress, La.; two grandchildren, Amber Harrington and husband Eli, of Longview, Texas, and Hallie Rogers and husband Ronnie, of Gonzales, La.; and a great-grandchild, Madison Rogers.

Preceded in death by her husband, John Harris Aguillard; parents, Eddie and Melicia Bueche; sister, Bernice LeBeau; and brothers, Merrick, Louis, Emmitte, Edgar, George and Donald Bueche.

She was a member of Immaculate Conception Choir and the Lady's Auxiliary. She was also a member of the Red Hat Club.
