Some sources say he was born in Goffstown; and yet the comment on a photo of the Woodbury family home in Nashua, NH says NASHUA. I have not been able to visit the site.
He married Jerusha Pinot Rust on Dec 24 1800 in Gloucester, MA; they were both 16 years old. The second of their six children,Deacon Seth Woodbury, was the father of Leander Seth Woodbury. Jerusha died in Goffstown in 1840; I have no identified gravesite.
The 1870 census lists Capt Seth as 95.
His parents were Obadiah Woodbury(1741-1786) and Mary Millet Woodbury (b. 1745)
