He was born to Arthur and Frieda (Nisson) Gaa on September 2, 1928 in Broomfield, NE. He married Marguerite Theresa Reilley on September 30, 1950. He was a 1945 graduate of Antioch High School and served in the United States Navy (1946-1948). He will be remembered for his loving devotion to his family, ethics, and leadership and his practical jokes.
