Timothy Allen Gold, age 40, of Nixa, passed away Friday, January 13, 2006, from injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident. He was born January 29, 1965, the son of Roger and Janice (Maples) Gold. He graduated from Nixa High School in 1983. Tim was employed by Procycle in Springfield and enjoyed camping, canoeing, riding his motorcycle, and visiting with friends and family. Survivors include his son, Cody Gold, Nixa; Cody's mother, Katrina Fairchild; a special stepdaughter, Kayla Spellman, Nixa; his parents, Roger and Janice Gold, Nixa; a brother, Jamey Todd Gold, Crane; grandmothers, Agnes Maples and Neta Gold, both of Crane; and a host of other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, J.W. Maples and Floyd Gold. Funeral services will be at 6 p.m. Wednesday, January 18, in Adams Funeral Home, Nixa, with visitation following from 6:30 until 8:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
