Where she was loved & taken care of by many sweet people.

Shirley moved to Salt Lake City, Utah in her teen years where she met and fell in love with Glen L Morse. They were married October 21, 1943. Their son Glen Barry Morse was born a few months later and Glen went off to war. Many years later Glen and Shirley were divorced.
On May 19, 1965 Shirley married Charles (Chuck) Bowen. They adopted a beautiful baby girl, Shirleen Bowen. When Shirley married Chuck, she was blessed with three wonderful stepchildren; Don, Tammy & Cindy Bowen. During their years together, Shirley & Chuck had many business adventures. They owned and operated Kearns Lanes Bowling, Lounge & Café, Kearns Pawn Shop and the Vineyard Private Club. They were active in the Kearns community for many years where they had many friends.
They moved to California and owned a Country Store and a Dress Shop that Shirley ran with her dear friend Marlys Burgess. Shirley became a Realtor for Century 21 where she worked until she retired.
Shirley and Chuck divorced and she moved back to Utah where she could be close to her kids and spend time with friends and do temple work.
Shirley was preceded in death by her parents. Her brothers Dee and Ernest were killed while serving in WWII. Both Glen and Chuck also preceded her in death. With the death of her brothers Shirley developed a deep love of the American Flag.
Shirley is survived by her Brother George and Sisters Blanche, Connie Jean, Carol Lue and their families. She is also survived by her children, Glen Barry Morse (Sandy), Shirleen Bowen, Don Bowen (Linda), Tammy Riding (Dean) and Cindy Evans (Don). Shirley is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, May 28, 2014 at 11AM
