Maude May Demory was born May 14 1883 in Seville Twp., Gratiot Co., MI and died at her home near Shepherd Jan 31 1910 from an attack of influenza.

She was united in marriage to C. Sumner Young, Apr 20 1905. To this union one son, George William Young on May 7 1913.

She had a beautiful christian character, was a very devoted wife and mother, who will be greatly missed in her home and community.

She is survived by her husband and son, her father, Adelbert Demory of this place, a sister, Mrs. Mabel Miller of Detroit, a brother S. M. Young of British Columbia.

The funeral was held at the home Sunday. Rev. Dewey officating
