Audrey W. Harper, 98, passed away peacefully on Sunday December 24, 2017 at the Minnesota Masonic Home.
Audrey was born in Lennon, MI and graduated from Flushing High School in 1937. She lived in Flushing until moving to Minnesota in 2010. She worked at Flushing Community Schools. She was a Life Member of the Order of Eastern Star, member of Flushing United Methodist Church, Philomatheon Club, Flushing Friends of the Library, Michigan Association of Retired School Personnel, and other organizations.
Audrey was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Harper, in 2010. Survived by daughters Jane (Doug Ollila) and Cindy (Michael Hanslits); brother John F. West and sisters Marion Luce, Trixie Jones; 5 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews; many friends.
A celebration of her life will be held Saturday March 3, 2018 at 11AM, Flushing United Methodist Church. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Minnesota Masonic Home (11501 Masonic Home Dr., Bloomington, MN 55437), Flushing United Methodist Church, or other charity.
