Paula Welden was a student at Bennington College in Vermont. She left the campus to go hiking on the Long Trail and never returned. There was a big search for her. She has never been found and there are no clues as to what happened to her.
She had blonde hair, was five feet and five inches tall. She was wearing a red parka, sneakers, and dungarees.
Her disappearance was one of many that happened in the 1940s and in 1950 in an area that became known as The Bennington Triangle.
