Daughter of Daniel and Elizabeth Tarr Turner, she was a sewer (seamstress), died at the Venango County Poor Farm of apoplexy, per death certificate 86513, whose informant was H. M. Turner of Franklin, and which gives the birth date of Mar 23 1925. Buried Aug 17 1923.

Franklin News-Herald, Thursday, Aug 16 1923:
Miss Kate O. Turner, aged 99, one of the oldest residents of Venango County, died Thursday morning following a short illness. She was born March 22, 1824 near Dempseytown, daughter of Daniel and Elizabeth Turner.

She lived her entire life in this section, and has been a faithful member of the Methodist Church for 83 years, having become a member when 16 years of age. She was very well known among a host of friends and held in high esteem in the community in which she resided.

She is survived by a brother, H. M. Turner, of 1339 Buffalo Street, this city.

Services will be Friday afternoon at 3 o'clock from the home of her brother. Interment will be in franklin Cemetery.
