Jersey Shore - Lydia J. Anderson, 85, a resident at Leader Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Jersey Shore, died Wednesday, Oct. 17, 1984 at 8:20 a.m. in Jersey Shore Hospital. Mrs. Anderson formerly lived at 324 High St. in Jersey Shore.
She was born Feb. 2, 1899 in Jersey Shore, the daughter of John and Emma McConnell. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harry A. Anderson. Mrs. Anderson was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church in Jersey Shore.
Surviving are three sons, James A. Anderson, Thomas K. Yohe and Philip R. Yohe, all of Jersey Shore; two daughters, Betty Shultz, Lock Haven, and Helen Westbrook, Montoursville; 18 grand-children, one step-grandson and 23 great-grandchildren.
