Gladys G. Blankenship

Gladys G. Blankenship, 61 of Lake Wales Florida, died
Friday March 28, 1997 at the Lake Wales Medical Center.

Born July 31, 1935 in Fire Creek. She was the daughter
of the late Lewis H. Perdue and Parthenia Perdue.

Mrs. Blankenship had been a resident of Lake Wales since
moving from Fayetteville in 1987.

She was a homemaker and a member of the first Baptist
Church of Lake Wales.

Survivors include three sons, Ronnie L. Blankenship,
Donnie R. Blankenship both of Lake Wales. Jimmy
Dale Blankenship of Fayetteville. Two Daughters;
Carolyn Weaver of Fayetteville, and Audrey Gill of
Oak Hill. A brother Herbert H. Perdue of Lake Wales Fla.
A sister Joann Ellison of Oak Hill, ten grandchildren.

Service were April 1, at the Johnson Funeral Home
Chapel in Lake Wales with the Rev. Frank Whitaker
of the First Baptist Church officiating.
Interment followed in Lake Wales Cemetery, Florida.
