Jane Louise Kauffman, age 65, of Harrington, DE, passed away on Sunday, April 27, 2014.
She was born in Lancaster, daughter of the late Harold A. & Mary E. "Maribeth" Edwards Kauffman.
She was a member of Jennersville Church of the Brethren. Jane worked as a Clerk at The Justice of the Peace Court of Dover, DE. She was a life member of the Fraternal Order of Police Lodge #3, Blue Knights Chapter I of Delaware, where she was an active member since 2010. She enjoyed being with her dogs, making crafts and most of all she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.
Surviving are 3 children: William R. Rylee, Jr. of Lumberton, NJ, Jill L. wife of David Dillon, Sr. of Clayton, DE, Leanne P. wife of John Bolin, II of Wilmington, DE; 3 grandchildren: William R. Rylee III, Andrew & Hailey Bolin; 3 siblings: Gary husband of Maryann Rovka Kauffman of East Fallowfield, PA, Brenda wife of Ernest Post of Tampa, FL, Keith husband of Tammy Burns Kauffman of Thorndale, PA. A nephew and nieces also survive.
She was preceded in death by a granddaughter: Rebecca Lynn Rylee.
Funeral service will take place from the Shivery Funeral Home, 111 Elizabeth Street, Christiana, PA, on Saturday, May 3rd, at 11 a.m. with a calling time from 9:30 a.m. until time of service. Interment will be in the Glen Run Cemetery.
