Mildred Whitlow (Randolph) Maxwell of Cave City, passed away Sunday March 05, 2017. She was 92.

Mildred was born to Charles and Mattie (Segraves) Whitlow in Sloan Town Arkansas on February 1, 1925. She was a life-long resident of Lawrence County, Arkansas. Mrs. Maxwell lived in Lynn then moved to Saffell. She was a homemaker and served at the Saffell Missionary Baptist Church as a secretary-treasurer. She was an avid hunter and fisherman, enjoyed gardening, quilting, embroidering, and sewing. She was a talented lady who was known for her beautiful Christmas candy. She loved the Lord and her family, and enjoyed the company of close friends.

She was married to Everette Randolph and George Maxwell, both preceded her in death.

Her survivors include 2 daughters, Marilyn Kay and husband Jerry Davis Sr. of Strawberry, Alice Faye and husband Ronnie Walling of Smithville; 1 step-son, Bob Maxwell and wife Dian of Cave City; brother, Worrence Whitlow of Walnut Ridge; and sister; 8 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-granddaughter. She leaves a host of nieces, nephews, friends and her spiritual family at Saffell Missionary Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husbands; 2 brothers, Wallace and Willard Whitlow; 1 sister, Anita Faye Couturier; and 1 great-grandson, Trevor Allen Walling.

Officiating the service is Jerry Dan Davis Jr., Reggie Walling and Matt Donnell.

Her services are as follows: visitation on Tuesday, March 7, 2017 from 6-8 pm and funeral on Wednesday afternoon, March 8, 2017 at 2:00 pm. Both services are at Saffell Missionary Baptist Church in Saffell. Burial to follow at Dry Creek Cemetery in Lynn.
