GRACE FENNELL ABEL, 77, of Shelocta RD 3, died Friday, March 6, 1987, at her home in Armstrong Township.
A daughter of Harvey and Cora Kunkle Fennell, she was born April 8, 1909, in Armstrong Township.
Mrs. Abel was a member of the Crete United Presbyterian Church and the Clara Henderson Missionary Society. She had lived her entire life at her present address.
Surviving are her husband, Emil K. Abel; two daughters, Luella McCullough of Indiana RD 1 and Mrs. Harry (Betty) Stiles of Shelocta RD 3; seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; four sisters: Mrs. Edgar J. (Wilda) Miller of Indiana RD 5, Mrs. Douglas (Dorothy) Schurr of Graconville, Md., Mrs. Frank (Ruth) Henry of Glendale, Ariz., and Mrs. Elsie Isenberg of Indiana RD 5.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Friends will be received from 2-4 and 79 p.m. today (Saturday) at Robinson- Lytle's, Indiana, where services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Sunday. The Rev. Carol Orr will officiate. Interment will be in Oakland Cemetery, Indiana.
